So, WHAT IS FULLY FIT?

Fitness isn't just the byproduct of what you eat and what you do inside & outside of the gym.

Fitness takes many other things into account like your mindset, attitude, perspective, motives, etc.

It’s the result of every thought, action, choice and habit in your life.

All of these add up to who you are right now.

Who you are today determines who you are tomorrow, and the next day, etc.

Our fitness level is an integral part of who we are as humans.


SO Who you are today, How “healthy” & How “FIT” you are all stem directly from who you were yesterday, the day before that, the day before that, etc.

 

Therefore, this leads me to believe that no matter what your fitness is, it’s never really separate from who you are as a human being.

Your fitness & health directly reflect what’s going on inside of you & who you are at the core of your being.


Fitness simply doesn’t have a beginning or an end.

You never “achieve” fitness.

No matter where you are at, you can make the choice to grow, improve, and succeed.

"Fully Fit" is my play on this belief & a reminder that there’s always something to be improved upon.

It's a never-ending pursuit that we must be willing to strive for if we are to ever live our best life.
